Operations Team Member (Night Shift)

 
 

General

Report to the Operations Manager(s) & Operations Team Captains as directed to complete the daily tasks required for Muskoka Grown’s cannabis operations.  Tasks include a broad range of activities including sanitation, packaging & cultivation operations.   Team members are expected to maintain open communication with Managers & Captains for continual improvement. Team members must follow training, SOPs & work instructions to achieve a high level of compliance with internal SOPs & Record Keeping, Regulatory Requirements, and Health & Safety.

  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly.

  • Maintain vigilance for quality control and/or contamination risks, report actual or potential issues to your Captain and/or Manager

  • Complete daily tasks in accordance with SOP and/or Work Instructions to achieve the desired outcome with the allocated resources & time.
