The store associate is responsible for creating meaningful interactions with people and intentionally educating on the Muskoka Grown brand and cannabis information. You are passionate, with a high level of knowledge about cannabis and customer service. You are part of the Muskoka Grown brand and are committed to sharing its core values with customers.
Positive representative of Muskoka Grown at all times
Educates customers on cannabis within Health Canada’s guidelines
Go above and beyond for customers
Create a positive atmosphere and expertly guides the customer through our cannabis education
Stays up to date on all product knowledge and can educate customers on product available through the OCS and other licensed brick and mortar cannabis stores
Handles customer feedback and escalates concerns when required
Support with completing all tasks and duties as assigned
Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures
Partake in daily, weekly and monthly meetings

Qualifications and Requirements
Maintain all provincial and federal cannabis regulations
Regularly achieves daily goals and metrics as set out by the leadership team
Uphold all policies, programs and best practices at Muskoka Grown
Must have evening and weekend availability
Advanced knowledge of Cannabis
Must excel in customer service environment
Able to lift 5-30lbs
Retail: 1 year (Preferred)
Secondary School (Preferred)
The chosen applicant will be required to successfully complete background and reference checks.
