Senior Brand Ambassador

Position Summary:

Muskoka Grown is currently looking for an enthusiastic Senior Brand Ambassador to join our growing team. The Senior Brand Ambassador is responsible for creating meaningful interactions with customers and intentionally educating individuals on the Muskoka Grown brand and cannabis information. The Senior Brand Ambassador is exceptional at creating intentional customer experiences and establishing a sense of community by developing authentic relationships with our customers. You are passionate with a high level of knowledge about cannabis and customer service. You are part of the Muskoka Grown brand and are committed to sharing its core values with customers.

You understand customer service and ask great questions to uncover customer intentions in order to provide a personalized experience. You demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Positive representative of Muskoka Grown at all times on

  • Educates customers on cannabis within Health Canada’s guidelines

  • Create a positive atmosphere and expertly guides the customer through our cannabis education

  • Stays up to date on all product knowledge and can educate customers on product available through the OCS and legal brick and mortar cannabis stores

  • Handles customer feedback and escalates concerns  when required

  • Demonstrate a high level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go above and beyond expectations

  • Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business

  • Practice proper section ownership

  • Support with completing all tasks and duties as assigned

  • Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures

  • Lead, train and mentor all Brand Ambassadors to optimal potential

  • Monitor performance of team and train employees and provides coaching to improve performance

  • Focuses on Muskoka Growns action plans to achieve targets

  • Ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with proactively and logically, ensuring no customers leave unsatisfied

  • Manage and motivate team

  • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean environment

  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Self-driven and motivated

  • Able to lead and direct team with clear communication

  • Empathy and ability to motivate team

  • Ability to meet objectives and targets set

  • Innovative and creative with the ability to think outside the box and attract customers

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

  • Maintain all provincial and federal cannabis regulations

  • Uphold all policies, programs and best practices at Muskoka Grown

  • Able to lift 5-30lbs

  • Must have evening and weekend availability

  • Advanced knowledge of Cannabis

  • Be accessible and responsive to all team member's questions, suggestions, and concerns and help resolve any team member conflicts

Job Type:

  • Seasonal Full-time

Experience:

  • Retail Management: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Education and facilitating training (Preferred)

License:

  • CannSell (Required)
